Our focus is on encouraging college students, and continue doing so beyond their campus presence. Students get to choose how they want to spend their time through a variety of interesting projects on offer.

We identify and groom student coordinators to organize activities in colleges. Apart from technical knowledge and skills, to be successful as professionals, students should have excellent soft skills, leadership qualities, and team spirit. They should have entrepreneurial capabilities and societal commitment. It’s an excellent opportunity for graduate and engineering students to learn engineering skills through experiential, participative, and collaborative learning. This makes them understand the challenges of the real world and the best possible technical solutions.
Our interns will be involved in solving problems from the start. As a technical intern, you are excited about tackling the hard problems in technology. With our internships ranging from Software Engineering to User Experience, we offer many opportunities to grow with us. The internships below are not exhaustive, but provide a taste of what’s available.
The internship Program is a functional internship for students pursuing full-time from select colleges. Subject to performance during the internship, this could be the opportunity for interns to enter the Engineering Leadership Program as full-time participants.

- Candidates applying for Internship have a need to enroll with QTI LABS
The hiring follows a 3-stage assessment process:
- Online assessment tests
- Group discussions
- Video conferences or Personal interviews
Participants are given specific functions for an internship of 2 to 3 months across the following functions of the Group’s businesses of Technology/Computer Science, Accounting, and Business Administration
What to expect during your Engineering Internship
- A multi-stage evaluation process upon completion of your internship and opportunity to showcase your work in front of senior management of hiring companies
- Gain real-world domain experience
- This is your opportunity to apply your learning in the real world, enabling the interns to take what they have learned during the initial years and apply it on the job and also take what they have learned on the job and apply it to their final year projects.

- Top performers will be joining us with QTI Labs for a paid internship program as Project Associate for 6 Months.
