- Essential browser storage for the storage notice.

5. Applicant Privacy Notice
Resume files are transmitted through a serverless function directly to careers@qtilabs.com and are not saved in Firebase Storage. Limited application metadata is stored in Firestore. Applications are generally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law, a dispute or an active selection process.

9. Security
We use access controls, MFA, server-side validation, rate limiting, honeypot checks, file restrictions and deny-all client database rules. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
