1. Who we are
eRamakoti is provided by QTI Labs Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. QTI Labs is responsible for the eRamakoti product data described in this policy. Privacy and account-data enquiries can be sent to support@qtilabs.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the eRamakoti mobile application and the eRamakoti product pages operated by QTI Labs. It explains the information used to provide Sri Rama Nama writing journeys, progress history, Bhakta Mandali, digital certificates, profile features and subscription access. The general QTI Labs website privacy policy applies separately to ordinary use of qtilabs.com.
Because eRamakoti is a devotional application, a person's use of the service may reveal religious or spiritual interests. QTI Labs treats devotional activity as private product data and uses it only for the purposes described below.
3. Account and sign-in information
eRamakoti uses account authentication so your devotional progress can be associated with your account and available across sessions. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, QTI Labs may receive:
- Firebase user identifier (UID).
- Email address.
- Display name.
- Profile-photo URL supplied by the identity provider.
- Phone number when provided by the identity provider or added to your profile.
- Authentication provider identifier, such as Google or Facebook.
- Records showing acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms, including acceptance time and policy version.
Authentication credentials such as your Google or Facebook password are handled by the relevant identity provider and are not provided to QTI Labs.
4. Profile information
You may maintain an eRamakoti profile. Profile information can include your display name, email address, mobile number, profile photo, account/provider identifiers and system timestamps. If you choose a custom profile image, the app processes the image you select, resizes/compresses it for the profile experience and stores the resulting profile image in Firebase Storage.
5. Devotional activity and Ramakoti progress
To provide Ramakoti journeys and history, eRamakoti stores devotional progress associated with your account. This can include:
- Selected language and writing target.
- Current and completed Sri Rama Nama counts.
- Current batch/milestone progress.
- Journey/run status.
- Start, last-written, completion, creation and update timestamps.
- Lifetime, daily and current-run summary counts.
This information is used to restore progress, show your history, calculate milestones, generate summaries and support the collective features you choose to use.
6. Bhakta Mandali and community participation
If you use Bhakta Mandali, eRamakoti may process Mandali membership and challenge information such as Mandali identifiers and names, membership role/status, shared challenge targets, contribution counts, participation history, member display information and timestamps needed to operate the Mandali experience. Information that is intentionally shown inside a Mandali may be visible to other members of that Mandali according to the feature design.
7. Digital certificates
When an eligible personal Ramakoti milestone or Bhakta Mandali challenge is completed, eRamakoti can generate a digital certificate. Certificate information may include the devotee/member name, completed count, completion date, certificate identifier and relevant journey or Mandali details. Certificate PDFs may be stored in Firebase Storage so they can be viewed, downloaded or shared from the app.
When you choose to share a certificate, the destination you select is controlled by your device and the receiving application. QTI Labs does not control how a third-party application handles a certificate after you intentionally share it.
8. Premium subscriptions and purchase information
Where eRamakoti offers Premium access, purchases are processed through the applicable app store. QTI Labs may receive purchase or entitlement information needed to verify whether Premium access is active, restore access and prevent misuse. QTI Labs does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details from the app store.
Your subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refund options are governed by the applicable app-store account and policies.
9. Device, local preferences and notifications
eRamakoti uses limited local device storage for settings such as policy-consent state and other app preferences. If you enable devotional reminders, notification scheduling can use your device's notification and timezone capabilities. Local notification preferences remain subject to your operating-system settings.
The app may request access to a photo you select when you choose to set or change a profile image. QTI Labs does not need access to unrelated photos for normal Sri Rama Nama writing.
10. How we use information
- Authenticate users and protect account access.
- Save, restore and display Ramakoti writing progress.
- Maintain personal history, targets and milestones.
- Operate Bhakta Mandali membership, challenges and progress.
- Generate and make available digital certificates.
- Verify Premium subscription entitlements.
- Provide optional reminders and user-requested features.

11. Service providers and platforms
| Provider / platform | How it is used |
|---|---|
| Google Firebase / Google Cloud | Authentication integration, Firestore data, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions and related service infrastructure. |
| Google Sign-In | Optional account authentication when you choose Google. |
| Meta / Facebook Login | Optional account authentication when you choose Facebook. |
| Google Play / applicable app store | App distribution and, where offered, subscription purchase, renewal, restore and entitlement verification. |

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies in addition to QTI Labs' instructions and configuration.
12. Sharing, sale of data and advertising
QTI Labs does not sell eRamakoti personal data. We do not use your Sri Rama Nama writing history or devotional activity for targeted advertising. We share information only as needed to operate the app with service providers, when you intentionally share content, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, QTI Labs or the service.
eRamakoti does not currently operate a voluntary-donation Support Wall on the QTI Labs website.
13. Retention
Account, profile and devotional-history information is generally retained while your eRamakoti account remains active and for as long as it is needed to provide the features you use. Certificate files may remain available while the associated account or feature record is retained. Subscription-entitlement records may be retained as needed to manage access, resolve billing/support issues and meet legal obligations.
When a verified deletion request is completed, QTI Labs will delete or anonymise data that is no longer required, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and backup-cycle requirements. Local app data may remain on a device until you sign out, clear app data or uninstall the app, depending on the setting.
14. Security
QTI Labs uses authentication, Firebase security rules, access controls, server-side services and provider security capabilities to protect eRamakoti data. Data transmitted to supported cloud services is protected in transit using standard encrypted connections. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Your choices, access and account deletion
You can edit supported profile information from the app and control app permissions through your device settings. You may also request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting support@qtilabs.com. The app also provides an account-deletion route/link for users who want to request deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account or privacy request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
16. Minors
eRamakoti is a devotional application and is not intended to encourage children to provide unnecessary personal information. Where a minor uses the service, a parent or guardian should supervise account creation and use as required by applicable law. If you believe personal data relating to a child has been provided without appropriate authority, contact QTI Labs so the matter can be reviewed.
17. International processing
Some technology providers used by eRamakoti may process or store information on infrastructure located outside your state or country. Where applicable, QTI Labs relies on provider safeguards and applicable legal mechanisms for such processing.
18. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when eRamakoti features, platforms, service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, in the app.
