SparklePlay Publish Credits & Pricing

1. Overview

SparklePlay uses one-time digital consumable Publish Credits. Creating, editing, validating and test-playing a draft does not consume a credit. One credit is required when a new Game ID is submitted for the supported review/publishing workflow.

No subscription or recurring billing. Publish Credit Packs are purchased only when the user chooses to buy them. They do not auto-renew.

Prices shown are indicative India pricing. The final price, currency and applicable taxes shown by the purchase platform at checkout control the transaction.

3. How Publish Credits Work

Publish Credits do not expire.
Additional packs can be purchased repeatedly whenever needed.
Credits have no cash value and are not currency.
A credit pays for submission into the review workflow; it does not guarantee approval or publication.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

SparklePlay Publish Credits are one-time digital consumable purchases. Once a payment is successfully completed and the Publish Credits are credited to the user's SparklePlay account, the purchase cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring renewal to stop.

Consumer and platform rights remain applicable. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law or the rules of the payment platform processing the transaction.

5. Payment or Credit Delivery Issues

If a payment is deducted but Publish Credits are not delivered because of a technical issue, contact QTI Labs Support with the transaction details. QTI Labs will verify the payment and restore the credits or provide an appropriate resolution.

Do not send full payment-card details. Provide only the transaction/order reference and other non-sensitive information needed to identify the purchase.

6. Storefront Pricing, Currency & Taxes

₹29, ₹129 and ₹249 are indicative India prices for the 1-, 5- and 10-credit packs. Actual price, currency, taxes and availability may differ by platform, country/region or store pricing tier.
