Is StatusDeck a Jira Cloud app?

Yes. StatusDeck is an Atlassian Forge app for Jira Cloud. Jira Server and Jira Data Center are not supported.

Does QTI Labs operate an external backend?

No. StatusDeck does not use a QTI Labs-operated backend server, database or Firebase service. It runs through Atlassian Forge and Jira Cloud APIs.

Does StatusDeck send Jira data to external APIs?

No. StatusDeck does not currently send Jira customer data to QTI Labs or third-party APIs. Jira data is processed through Atlassian Forge and Jira APIs.

Does StatusDeck store reports?

Reports may be cached temporarily in Atlassian-hosted Forge storage. Active-sprint reports are cached for up to 5 minutes and closed-sprint reports for up to 1 hour.

Are PowerPoint or PDF files uploaded anywhere?

No. They are generated in the browser and downloaded directly to the user's device.

Is commentary stored?

Automatically generated commentary may form part of a temporary cached report. Manually entered or edited commentary is not persisted and remains session-only unless included in a downloaded export.

Is StatusDeck paid?

Yes. StatusDeck is intended to be a paid Atlassian Marketplace app with an Atlassian-managed trial. Pricing, billing, subscriptions and applicable refunds are handled under Atlassian Marketplace terms.

How do I get support?

Effective date: upon first public availability of StatusDeck on the Atlassian Marketplace. Review at least annually and after material product, scope, storage, subprocessor, security or legal changes.
