Create executive sprint reports, review delivery metrics and export presentation-ready files.

StatusDeck for Jira Cloud Last updated: 12 July 2026

Create a report

  1. Open Executive Sprint Reporting from Jira Apps.
  2. Select the project, Scrum board and sprint.
  3. Choose whether subtasks should be included.
  4. Generate the report.
  5. Review the executive overview, sprint metrics, issue details and next-sprint outlook.

Management commentary

StatusDeck automatically generates management commentary from Jira data. Users may edit or replace this commentary in the browser before exporting.

Important: manually entered commentary is not stored by QTI Labs or persisted in Forge storage. It remains in the active browser session unless included in a PowerPoint or PDF downloaded by the user.

Exports

PowerPoint and PDF files are generated in the browser and downloaded directly to the user's device. QTI Labs does not receive or retain a copy.

Exports may contain project names, sprint information, issue keys, summaries, status, priority, assignee display names, story points, estimates, risks, defects, overdue information, calculated metrics and user-edited commentary.

The customer is responsible for classifying, storing, sharing and deleting downloaded files.

Caching

  • Active-sprint reports are cached in Atlassian Forge storage for up to 5 minutes.
  • Closed-sprint reports are cached for up to 1 hour.
  • Velocity and outlook results may also use short-lived Forge-hosted caches.
  • Expired cache entries are deleted automatically when they are next read.

Usage limits

StatusDeck applies hourly and daily limits to reports, PowerPoint exports and PDF exports to protect service stability and prevent abuse. See the Usage Limits and Fair Use Policy.

Effective date: upon first public availability of StatusDeck on the Atlassian Marketplace. Review at least annually and after material product, scope, storage, subprocessor, security or legal changes.
