Save a reporting cadence and move the recurring reminder into the calendar you already use.

StatusDeck for Jira CloudLast updated: 3 September 2026

What the Reporting Scheduler does

The Reporting Scheduler stores a reporting cadence in StatusDeck and helps the user add a recurring reminder to their own calendar. It does not run a background Forge job that automatically generates reports.

Configure a schedule

  1. Open StatusDeck for a project/reporting scope.
  2. Select Reporting Scheduler.
  3. Enable the schedule for the reporting scope.
  4. Choose the cadence/day as available in the current UI.
  5. Set the exact time, including minute precision such as 15:15.
  6. Select the Time Zone.
  7. Choose the reminder lead time (5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes before).
  8. Edit the reminder message if required.
  9. Select Save Schedule.

Add the reminder to a calendar

  • Add to Google Calendar
  • Open in Outlook
  • Download Recurring .ICS for Apple Calendar or another ICS-compatible calendar

Once added, the calendar provider is responsible for delivering the reminder.

What StatusDeck stores

The saved schedule is stored in Atlassian-hosted Forge KVS for the installation/project/reporting scope. The stored configuration includes schedule fields such as time, timezone, reminder settings and message.
