Limits are enforced using small per-user Forge KVS usage records. The record is reused as hourly/daily windows reset rather than creating an unlimited usage history.
Why limits exist
Limits protect Jira/Forge resources, reduce accidental repeated requests and prevent abusive automated use. If a limit is reached, StatusDeck blocks the relevant operation until the corresponding window resets.
Prohibited use
- Automated bulk generation outside normal product workflows
- Attempts to bypass limits or licensing
- Unauthorised load testing
- Use that disrupts Jira, Forge or other customers
- Use for unlawful or unauthorised data access
Changes and support
QTI Labs may adjust limits based on platform capacity, abuse patterns, Atlassian requirements or product tiers. Customers with a legitimate requirement that encounters a limit can contact marketplace@qtilabs.com.
