What Project / Program reporting does
Project / Program reporting brings multiple included Scrum-board reporting contexts into one leadership view. It is intended for delivery managers, project/program leaders and stakeholders who need cross-team health without manually assembling separate Sprint dashboards.
Generate a Project / Program report
- Open StatusDeck and select the Jira project.
- Choose the Project / Program reporting context that includes the relevant Scrum boards.
- Generate the report.
- Review cross-team health, risks, strategic/release information and Management Commentary.
- Export to PDF/PowerPoint or publish the report to Confluence.

How aggregation is interpreted
StatusDeck does not pretend unlike estimation systems are directly additive across teams. Cross-team metrics are presented as management signals such as team RAG, mean team completion, counts of teams at risk and summed issue-count evidence such as overdue, defects or blocked work.
See Metrics & calculations for interpretation details.
Share a Project / Program report
The Project / Program report can be downloaded as PDF/PowerPoint or published to Confluence. Confluence publishing uses a report-page title rather than a Sprint-child-page title and can update the same page on later publishes.
