2. Scope
This policy applies to StatusDeck for Jira Cloud and related product support. It does not replace Atlassian's privacy terms for Jira Cloud, Forge, Marketplace accounts, authentication or platform cookies.
3. Information processed
StatusDeck may process Jira project names, board names, sprint names and dates, sprint goals, issue keys, issue summaries, issue types, statuses, assignee display names, priorities, story points, estimates, due dates, configured delivery custom fields and calculated delivery metrics.
StatusDeck does not currently use issue comments or attachments for reporting. User email addresses are not required for normal reporting functionality.
4. Purpose of processing
- Generate sprint reports and calculated delivery metrics.
- Produce executive overviews, velocity and outlook information.
- Generate management commentary from Jira data.
- Create browser-side PowerPoint and PDF exports.
- Apply fair-use limits and protect service stability.
- Diagnose errors, provide support and maintain security.
5. Storage and retention
- Active-sprint report cache: up to 5 minutes.
- Closed-sprint report cache: up to 1 hour.
- Outlook and similar short-lived caches: generally up to 5 minutes.
- Expired cache entries are deleted when next accessed.
- Usage counters are stored as one installation-hosted record per user and overwritten as hour/day windows change.
- Generated PowerPoint and PDF files are not retained by QTI Labs.
- Manually entered commentary is not persisted.
6. Legal basis and customer instructions
Where applicable, QTI Labs processes information to perform the contract for StatusDeck, pursue legitimate interests in providing and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and act on the customer's instructions as the controller of Jira data.
7. Sharing and subprocessors
Atlassian and relevant Atlassian group entities process StatusDeck data for Jira Cloud, Forge hosting, storage, authentication, logging and licensing. Zoho Mail may process information voluntarily sent in support emails. See the Subprocessors page.
8. International processing
Atlassian may process data in locations described in Atlassian's own cloud and privacy documentation. Support communications may be processed by Zoho Mail according to its service locations and terms.
9. Security
QTI Labs applies access controls, MFA, private source control, dependency alerting, Forge linting, restricted production access and incident-response procedures. See the Security Overview.
10. Customer and individual rights
Requests for access, correction, deletion, export or complaint may be sent to support@qtilabs.com. Jira data normally remains under the control of the customer's Jira administrator.
11. Children
StatusDeck is intended for business and organisational use. Users must be at least 18 years old or authorised to use the app on behalf of their organisation.
12. Changes
QTI Labs may update this policy when the product, scopes, storage, subprocessors, law or security practices change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where appropriate, notice through the Marketplace listing or product documentation.
