Installation guide

How Jira administrators can install, authorize and access StatusDeck.

Before installation

  • A Jira Cloud site is required. Jira Server and Jira Data Center are not supported.
  • The installer must have permission to install Marketplace apps for the Jira site.
  • StatusDeck is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and uses Atlassian-managed licensing.

Install from Atlassian Marketplace

  1. Sign in to the target Jira Cloud site as an administrator.
  2. Open Apps and select Explore more apps.
  3. Search for StatusDeck.
  4. Review the listing, permissions, privacy information and pricing.
  5. Select Try it free or the equivalent Marketplace installation action.
  6. Approve the requested Forge scopes.
  7. Wait for Atlassian to confirm that installation is complete.

Open StatusDeck

  1. Open Jira Cloud.
  2. Select Apps from the main navigation.
  3. Select Executive Sprint Reporting.
  4. Choose a Jira project, board and sprint when prompted.

Permission changes

If QTI Labs introduces a new Forge scope in a future release, Atlassian may require a Jira administrator to review and approve the updated permissions before the app can continue using the new functionality.

Uninstall

  1. Open Jira administration and go to Manage apps.
  2. Locate StatusDeck.
  3. Select Uninstall.

Uninstalling removes access to the app. Atlassian-hosted app data is handled according to StatusDeck cleanup procedures and Atlassian platform behaviour. Contact marketplace@qtilabs.com for assistance with a deletion request.

Effective date: upon first public availability of StatusDeck on the Atlassian Marketplace. Review at least annually and after material product, scope, storage, subprocessor, security or legal changes.
