1. Provider
StatusDeck is provided by QTI Labs Private Limited, CIN U62099TS2023PTC179736, with registered office at Flat No. 201, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 272 & 273, Bachupally, Hyderabad, Qutubullapur, Telangana, India – 500090.
2. Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using StatusDeck, the customer agrees to these terms, the applicable Atlassian Marketplace terms, pricing terms and the selected Atlassian end-user agreement.
3. Licence
Subject to payment, Marketplace licensing and compliance with these terms, QTI Labs grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use StatusDeck for internal business purposes during the subscription term.
4. Trial and payment
StatusDeck is a paid Marketplace app with an Atlassian-managed trial. Billing, renewals, taxes, subscriptions and applicable refunds are handled under Atlassian Marketplace rules and the customer's Atlassian transaction documents.
5. Permitted use
Customers may use StatusDeck to generate internal reports, presentations and related project-governance materials from Jira data they are authorised to access.
6. Restrictions
Except where prohibited by law, customers must not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code;
- resell, sublicense, rent, host or commercially redistribute StatusDeck;
- bypass licensing, usage limits or security controls;
- use the app unlawfully or to access data without authority;
- introduce malicious code, perform abusive load testing or disrupt the service;
- remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership.
7. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for Jira permissions, data quality, legal authority, user administration, classification and sharing of exported reports, and compliance with internal policies and applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
QTI Labs owns StatusDeck, source code, product design, branding and documentation. The customer retains ownership of Jira data, user-entered content and exported customer materials.
9. Third-party services
StatusDeck depends on Jira Cloud, Atlassian Forge and Atlassian Marketplace. QTI Labs is not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions or limitations caused by Atlassian services outside QTI Labs' reasonable control.
10. Warranties
StatusDeck is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QTI Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QTI Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings. Aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for StatusDeck during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, breach of these terms or Marketplace termination. The customer may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time, subject to Marketplace billing terms.
13. Governing law
These product-specific terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law or dispute mechanism in Atlassian transaction terms, courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction.
